Who carries the A/C hoses?

I am looking to replace my discharge suction line as the crimps are leaking

'82 GSL

The only place I can find it is through these guys but it's listed for a '85. Are they the same? Standard parts houses don't have it and the tubing/hose outfit I use through work wants between $300-$500 to refurb the one I have.

85 1985 Mazda RX7 A/C Hose - Climate Control - Four Seasons - PartsGeek

Any ideas? Checked Mazdatrix and Black Dragon and I'm either blind or they don't carry it either.

Thanks
-Paul

It will be cheaper to bring it to a hydraulic shop to replace the ac hoses

Excellent I'll get to pulling them off and looking into those kinds of shops. I was very discouraged because of the outfit we use at work's charges!

Thanks!

Some Napa stores make A/C hoses too, call around. They carry the fittings, o-rings, etc to do it. The shop local to me does it, I've had them make a few hoses for me.

Rock auto doesn't carry the hoses. Checked.

I'll give the local napa a call and see as well.

just had a hydraulic hose shop do one of mine today. Cost $125 for the one that goes from the compressor to the radiator looking thing (condenser???).

They did a good job and didn't think it was too unreasonable. I would like to get them all done but it would be $$$

The hose I need goes from the compressor to both the fire wall connection and dryer/evap (forget which) either way it's too hoses with a common connection piece at the compressor making it one line.

Both are bad. Sounds about like what I was expecting.

I just ordered a dryer and o-ring set from Black Dragon last night and noticed that they DO carry this hose. It's $149.95 on page 112

I don't know how I missed it! Thank you so much!

I only wonder if it's the same hose as I have a '82 GSL at that again lists for '84-'85
