Smile Whirring noise from front rotors/ bearings?

When i drive there is a whirring noise from my rotors im assuming but I think it could also be the bearings? I don't know. Here is the description.

I just put new rotors and pads on less than 500 miles ago.

The noise doesnt sounds clanky or grindy, just whirring. It increases as velocity increases.

I am almost positive I put the bearings on with the right tightness and there is little to no play in the wheel and no strange noises around curves so im almost positive it is the rotors and brake pads. Also, when I apply the brakes the noise immediately muffles down to nearly nothing.

There was almost no offset between the new rotors and pads and I am attributing it to this as of now but I don't want to overlook something that could be potentially dangerous.

Has anyone else experienced this and is it normal?

Thanks in advance.

So it started right after you put the new rotors and pads on? It doesnt sound like anything dangerous to me from your description. Its possible the new rotors arent %100 true and have a little wave in them, causing it to brush the pads in one or more spots, which would make a noise like you describe. Im just guessing on this, not seeing the car in person. Maybe jack the front off the ground and spin the wheels. See if you can isolate it to something like what I described?

I'm assuming you properly greased up the bearings? if not, then your new bearings might have went bad.

yeah I greased them up really well. Im guessing they could be off balance a little bit...does that go away with some wear since everything is so tightly packed in there right now?
