Just take in down to a local machien shop. Some auto parts stores will also press a bearing on and off. Usually around $15-20.

You cant press the old bearing off. You have to cut off the retaining collar (VERY CAREFULLY). Then the bearing slides off. New bearing slides on, then the new collar can be pressed on. Any hydraulic press should do tha trick. I have a Harbor Freight style made in China one (12ton). Like $69, woks like a champ.

Yea, you have to cut the old one off. Be careful who you have do it, the wannabe mechanic that works at my station did mine and now the axles have a little bend to them. ******* jerkoff.

piece of steel pipe a little bigger than the shaft and a hammer works just as well, 3 good bangs with a 3lb concrete sledge (plays pantera tune in his head)

I used a cut off air tool to cut the retaining collar, the bearing didnt want to come off either, so guess what happen to it? I cut it off too, man that has such a nice smell burning 90w yummy
