Pick one or both.

They do well both places. Do a search on MMO here and you'll see the light.

 

Put it on your brake rotors or inside your drums

I poor it down the gas tank....

 

Put 8 oz in the tank with every fillup. Add 16 oz to the sump halfway thru your oil change cycle.
