Where can you get Pacific body kits

Who sells the Pacific body kits? I am trying to get an idea of how much their air dam cost, but the searches I've tried don't show anything for the RX-7.

As long as I am on the subject, I read something the other day about the different materials used for body kits. I thought they were all fiber glass. If not, what else can they be made out of?

Somebody said something to the effect of "well, it isn't the cheap fiberglass one...", but surely this aren't made out of metal, right? Is there a hi-tech plastic/polymer that is better? If so, what makes it better...is it just more resistent to damage?

Thanks,
BTC

Pacific went outta business years ago.
Mariah Motorsports ( http://www.mariahmotorsports.com/ext...airdam_its.htm ) and Erebuni ( http://www.erebunicorp.com/ge/mazrx779.htm ) sell an airdam very similar to it.
I have a urethane airdam by XENON just like Drivefast7 does... no worries about curbs or cones.

I have a used set of Pacific fiberglass side skirts and rear apron I'll sell for $250 firm. Good shape. No shipping, pick up in SoCal. I'll be @ SevenStock6 if you or a buddy want to pick it up from there.

PM if interested!

Anybody have a pic of the original kit?

Does anyone have a pic of what the original Pacific kit looked like?

I am negotiating to buy an FB and they claim the kit is an original Pacific kit.

Thanks,

Can you give me a link to a more detailed photo or the other pics you mentioned...or tell me where on the forum they might be.

I don't read Japanese, but I have a translator program and the pics told part of the story. It looks like they had round holes for the fog/driving lights.

The kit on this car I am looking at has retangular holes where the fog lights would go, but mounted PIAA lights on the inner side of the main intake area in the center. It looks just like the Mariah kit to me...but I am only basing it on sketchy pics.

The owner is also making a big deal out of the Work Fin 15" two-piece rims. Personally I don't like the look (I would find it more appropriate on a Cadillac). In any case, I can't find any reference to indicate they have value in and of themselves (the rims that is).

Thanks,
