I cant seem to find a waterpump for my intercooler. I have looked on summit and coul only find this drag water pump but it didnt seam like it would work, it had 3/4 npt fittings or somethig like that.

Hmm.... Might try a marine shop (thinking something like a bilge pump, but I'm not much of a boater). Some VW/Audi cars with turbos have an electric coolant pump that circulates coolant after engine shutdown - you can try looking for a 5000CS or anything with a 1.8t in the junkyard. I don't know where they are in the car (somewhere along the heater core hoses probably) but I do know that they exist I was planning on locating one and trying to use it myself, if I ever found myself needing a water/air intercooler.
