Heres mines, Rims where not my original choice but got a great deal on them,, actually it was cheaper to buythese used w/ new tires then it was to get 14" new tires, But anyways they are 17" 205/40/17 with a plus 40 offset

Wheel specs in sig. 1st pic with with drag radial in back 225/50. 2nd pic 205/50 all around.

Planning on getting some 17 when I do the big brake upgrade and change the bolt pattern to a 5 lug.

Not sure if your asking about my setup but I will answer you just in case..
FRONT: 17x8 with 22mm offset and a 3mm spacer to clear the factory front struts. Tires are 215/40/17
REAR: 17x9 with a 27mm offset. Tires are 225/40/17
Fenders have all been rolled to clear. I am running Tokico blues with Eibach springs that have been cut 1 coil.

Making a deal right now for some 17x7's with 42 offset, even if they don't fit the price is right so that I could sell them without a loss. Please chime in if you think there is something wrong with the wheel setup.

Thanks,
Neil

My personal preference tends to run old school. Either a mesh wheel, the 83 LE wheels or one of the many banana spoke styles. On a silver body the centers should be painted/powdercoated black, charcoal or silver with a polished lip, LE wheels should remain oem.

In the following link are the Epsilons on the widebody, which are being replaced with a wider set of SSRs that look almost identical.

I am also a fan of the black mesh with chrome lip, looks amazing on almost all cars. My setup is 17x10, 17x12 CCW classic 3 piece wheels. 5.5" backspacing in the rear, 4.5" backspacing up front.

17x7" with 42 offset didnt work for some reason but I didn't have the time to really see what the deal was, so I'll be looking for wheels with 38-40 offset. I'm sure it was hitting the caliper so I'm back on the hunt for some 16's or 17's with the lower offset.

+42 offset is way to high without spacers. You should look more towards the +20-30 range

One guy had +40 with 16x7" wheels so I thought I would be okay but I guess not, will try to find some spacers and see how much clearance I need to be safe. Thanks for your input though I appreciate it though.

Who was this? If it was Tallbozo, his was a mis-type, his are 15x7 +20 offset. With that high offset it causes clearence issues with that wide of a wheel with the struts. Plus, why would you want FWD wheels anyway? Deep dish FTW

Just for selection I guess, not too many wheels come in 20-30mm offsets it seems or maybe I am not looking in the right places. Will probably go with the Maxxim Screeches (38mm offset), 15x7 with spacers if needed, they have the old school look I am going for the bigger wheels were kind of gaudy anyways.
