Wheel face Bolts

What do the bolts on the face of my wheels get torqued to? Not the lug bolts that hold the wheel to the car but the face on mesh style wheels?

Pretty much but these are 3 piece wheels, epsilons to be exact. A google search yielded several hits that said the factory specs are 25-30 lbs. I torqued to 30. Didn't seem very tight but that were I left it.

What is the size and grade of the bolt? With that information you can determine accurate torque specs.

12mm nut and 8mm hex wrench. Don't know the size or grade of the bolt. I would guess an 8mm bolt cause its about the size of the hex wrench
