PA Wheel Bolt Torque

Can someone enlighten me regarding the proper torque is for wheel bolts on an '84 GSL with stock aluminum wheels?

I think its 85 - 90 ft. pds. I check and make sure.

Spec sheet says 65 to 87 ft lbs
