The spindle is part of the strut - if you want to buy one, the keyword is strut. There are lots of struts available at junkyards.

You can try a cutoff wheel, but odds are that unless you are a very experienced metal worker, then you will nick the spindle and cut a groove in it, which would weaken it and set you up for a catastophic failure.

Once you get a new strut and spindle, you need to buy new wheel bearings to put in your front hubs. You MUST install the new races with in the hub with the bearings. Do not buy cheap Chinese wheel bearings -buy the best you can find.

The same thing happened to me on my first FB. I cut on it and torched it for weeks before buying another strut assembly at a junkyard. Your strut is screwed but you should be able to pick one up cheap at a junkyard or the for sale forum here.

If the bearing has welded itself to the spindle, don't even bother with it, replace it.
