What's this bodykit? Is it fore sale somewhere?(no it ain't the brown one)

What kind of bodykit is this? I saw a website way back and I believe it was a 12A Turbo.

Is there any way to get this bodykit?

ya know.... that kit doesnt look half bad, however the link doesnt work.
