what year did the 13b engine come with a carburetor?

 

Early 13B's non RX-7's not 100% sure. which 1's

the 13B-AP was the carbed 13B, found in REPUs, old Cosmos, RX-5, RX-4 and Roadpacer.

 

I don't know the answer to this question,but I do have a 74 RE/PU with a carb'd 13B,and I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

 

93VRTouring has it right (though the RX-5 and Cosmo are the same thing).

 

1974 I believe was the first year of production on them. Ended in 77 or 78 I think. They were 4-Port engines and had some kick. I have a REPU lined up that I want to buy, but it has a Toyota motor and tranny swapped in(Who the hell would want to do that?) so I'll be looking for one soon enough as with a 4-Speed transmission
