What turbo manifold to use for boosting a rex?

What turbo manifold to use for boosting a rex?
I decided to boost the se 6port that I just dropped in my gs. Whats the best turbo maniflod to use(bolt on). Will be using either a T3/T4 or T4 turbo. I'll also be using a Dell carb for this project.
