What are these side skirts from???

Hey people.

I was really taking a look at the side strakes on my car today. No wonder I could never figure out who made these Rx-7 side strakes (Since they aren't actually FOR an Rx-7)

Anyhow, they are definately for another car, and were just modified to fit onto my car.

They are obviously from another 2 door vehicle.

The only ideas I can think of, are skirts from an old Cavalier Z24, or Beretta Z26 or GTU?

Anyone have any other ideas? Possibly post pics of cars with similar skirts?

yep got one of the old catalogs out and there it was an add for superdams a german company. they had two differant sets one they called the superdam euro side skirts and one just superdam sideskirts. the euro one had the streaks. at least that is what it looks like. the pic I have is too dark to scan, but the pic shows that the side skirt is molded so the streaks look like they go into them. If yours is like this it most likly is the superdam one. it was marketed by a few companys rotary engineering was one. superdams ran ads in the old rotary rocket mag also that showed this setup. someone may have a better picture from there. their saying was the one thats "dam tough" and "dam super"

the air dam is not from the same company. the sides are most likly superdam or some one tried to make them look like theirs. the tail could be a dozen diferant companies, the rear skirt looks like a versatec. most likly you would have to mix and match to come up with something simlar. most of the companies that orig made thew parts are out of biz so you would have to find copies

Front and rear are from the same Kaminari kit. That's been established with several pics already.

The sides, appear to be a little trimmed to fit. But, if you can scan a pic of that car, I'd love to see it.
