If you look in the back hatch area, where the 2 big plastic trims are right above the rear wheel wells, there's a rectangular shaped metal piece that goes up there, right beside the strut tops, facing the seats there are 2 bolt holes there, what were these for? Rear Seat belt holders? Cause thats the only thing that I can think of right now that would go on both sides at that height.

 

Those are for the U shaped hooks that the catches for the rear seat hooks to. FCs have the same holes,
