Clutch,pressure plate,t/o bearing/pilot bearing/pilot seal,rear main engine seal.
Optional but recommended.
Rear extension housing seal and front trans seal.
Transmission mount should be on the replacement list also.
If the slave cylinder, clutch master and hose have never been replaced then those also.
Change the trans fluid.
Resurface the flywheel.

Damn Doc, I don't think you missed a thing except maybe check the lube in the shifter housing.

Clutch is easy to replace... anyone with any sort of mechanical skills can get 'er done so long as they have a way to get the flywheel off. Just don't forget to support the motor on the back of the pan and I suggest tieing off the transmission through the shifter hole around a screw driver or something to keep it from falling on you if you don't have a transmission jack... also... make sure it's out of gear or you'll never get it off.

When I did mine, I just did the pilot bearing, throwout bearing, clutch, pressure plate & flywheel. I didn't do the engine or tranny seals but I don't expect to have the engine in the car more than a year anyways... just temporary until my T2 motor is complete
