if im just cruising and want to drop a gear, i just leave my foot on the gas at the same position for cruising, clutch in, new gear, clutch out then floor it... leaving the foot on the gas brings the revs up steadily until the new gear is in...... plus i do it quick so you dont rev the **** off her..


hahah funny i should say all this as i lost 1st and 2nd today, i think i broke a selector fork or something.. well i got a new tranny going in atm
