Ok,

My gears are harder than ever now to select...the stick is very loose, and it doesnt slide into gear easy anymore...i gotta struggle with the stick to select..... im thinking the syncros are gone?

any suggestions on what to look for/do...

as well as, roughly how much for a rebuild?

Might do the clutch at the same time.... its got a heavy duty one in there with a lightened flywheel...but that was done ages ago..back in 96
