What is this part?




The part on the left that has a screw on top and a J hook at the bottom. This is on my S3 RX7 Turbo. With mine the screw at the top is right down, is this affecting how my car runs??

It's the throttle opener for the air conditioning. When you switch on the AC it pulls open the throttle a little to compensate for the AC load.
