Hygrade (or sometimes done under the company name "Standard") are the best kits to use. They are a little more expensive than your average car store's generic rebuild kit, but cheaper than mazdatrix. Higher quality stuff, metal washers, replacements for the float seats (I think that's what they're called).
I know "CarQuest" stores are able to get them, others may be able to as well.
If you need an endorsement, Rx7Carl himself recommended these

i would stick with dealer parts, you cant beat the quality of original parts when it comes to mazda.. mazdatrix all the way

since I am right next to the mazda dealer. I will check it out.
other than that hygrade it is.
btw, is ther a good rebuild page that has pictures on float adjustments. iirc the hayes manual is inaccurate.
