What kind of exhausts do you use?

If your exhaust has the dual pipes that don't collect until near the rear axle, run 2 presilencers. If it collects right after the header, then you need 1 really good one. You can use the RB pre-silencers or many are opting for the Borla XS/XR series of mufflers due to better pricing.

I made my own exhaust system out of 3" pipe for a future turbo upgrade with 2 Magnaflows. Way, way too loud. When the TII goes in, the mid-muffler will be replaced with a Borla, rear muffler may get changed too if it's still too loud. Live and learn from mistake and being cheap, lol. EBay is the best source for Borlas.

Mine is a custom one that I bought that is header - dual 2" straight pipes all the way back to a Monza muffler.
I don't recommend this set up bah!
Maybe with two pre-silencers it would be a little more...refined.

Full Racing Beat Streetport System. I love it, its not to loud, but if you stomp on it it roars! Very deep tone.
I have some videos of it some where, ill keep looking for them.

Rotary Engineering tuned exhaust (headers, two torpedoe silencers and the RE muffler). Sounds great but not too loud. I got this back in 1991! lol. Its still on the car and still holding up well.

To loud means I can't start it up late at night sitting in the driveway between my house and the neighbors, it rattle thier windows. When I was up at Ians' house, we were doing some tuning and jet changes, the guy from across the street came over and complained that his windows were rattling at idle. I so wanted to tell him to buy better windows, lol. Too loud means people sitting on the front porch when I drive by at 30 in a 25 mph zone call the cops cause they think I'm doing 60, no ****, that really happened. Cop was cool about it though. It also means I can't open it up to 7-8k cause it can be heard for well over 1/2 mile away.

RB Road race header collected straight to RB muffler. Very tame with a very nice sound.

I cut my muffler off...My old one was stock and sounded like a tin can...now it sounds like it has a lot more power than it really does and is quite loud. However I got pulled over for not using my turn signal but he never said anything about it being to loud...maybe he was nice. I do was a racing beat dual silencer exhaust though...
