i have non port 12a motor in my SA22. i got 44 idf and never really get it running properly i have changed couple of jets. but im wondering what your jets set up in your car.

Going to do my best to lend a hand. I haven't played with a Weber for 6 months now, or even looked at one for that matter.
Anyways, when I ran my 48 IDF on my stockport I ran F16 emulsions, 180 main jets and 160 air jets IIRC.

what idle jets did u have?
i just looked my set up.. i have f8 emulsion, 185 main jets, 160 air jets. 55 idle jets.
i had f11 and 52 idle jets in car it ran like ****.

Get the F8 emulsions out,
Trust me when I say F16's are the way to go in a IDF fed stockport. I ran the same setup for 3 years daily driven.
Of the emulsions I've tried I haven't found anything that suits the stock 12A better than the 16's but I have tried others and had good results.

I have no idea what idle jets to run, I've found that on webers you have such a broad adjustment on the idle mixture screws that it really doesn't matter what idle jets you run.

do you have couple jets laying that you willing to sell? id like to test out couple more of jets i dont want to buy new jets and then never use them

I don't. I sold my last weber a while back and all the goods with it.
Try looking on Ebay, maybe you'll get lucky and find a 'lot' of a handful of assorted jets.
