I got the full RB exhaust ... sounds pretty good .. got a couple of leaks in it but ... nothing a little TLC can't handle !

RB are soooo perfectioned in rotarys... I really don't see why NE body would buy something else !

IMO of course ! :P

home made, welded myself, bought 2.25 inch u bends from jegs and cut the angle out i needed, 30 dollar flowmaster knock off, and a 3 inch resonator with "dolphintail." Cost me in total about 50 bucks.

3" RB stainless downpipe,3" Bonez FD cat,3" mandrel bend stainless pipe to a RB streetport muffler.Nice and quiet and I can pull the tranny without disturbing it.If I feel like making it loud,Ive got a RB TII presilencer I can replace the muffler with, but its pretty loud so I usually dont run it.

I should have gotten:

. . .because I'm not interested in porting, so the first system was overkill to the tune of $200. Oh well.
You wouldn't be saying that if you had a Dellorto or a Weber in your car.

oh and its black from carbon buildup, silly! its kinda hard to burn steel, you know. the bumper is too far away to be burned. I rub that off with my thumb.

And, i also like to keep my car un-melty. I just need to clean it.

All in all, I think its pretty ghetto. I hate fuel injection and home made strut braces.

Hey man, if you hate it so much I know a guy who needs some of that stuff. Looks good btw. I like the strut brace and the air filter looks cool.

I got what looks like a stock muffler on mine. It's rusty and the tips are pitted and nasty. I think I'm going to try something from Magnaflow's street series mufflers. They have a lifetime warranty. They're all a mirror finished polished stainless steel, use no fiberglass packing , and come with assorted tips. There's a couple on ebay for about $140 w/free shipping. I'm getting one and plan on doing a 2 1/4" straight pipe all the way up to a 2 n 1 collecter bolted to a RB road race header. I don't care about being loud! LOL

Ya trust me you don't understand loud, once you hear it you'll be buying another muffler, thats what i did =/ But i hear that straight pipe to a RB muffler sounds sweet... But at the same time lots of members here arent the biggest fans of the PowerPulse mufflers cause they are restrictive...
