OH what exactly am i looking at here?

this came with my rx7 when I bought it
Ive no idea what it means or says or if it says anything?
can anyone shed some light on it?
its pretty bad picture but at the top of its got the "WMI" number and some other Japanese writing that I cant decipher

I am curious where you found it also - If it is a build card ... which I think it might be also you might have a real keepsake -

At first glance it looked like a plane ticket of some sort - However I can't see it very well.

i just bought an FC with its set of punch cards, so yes thats exactly what it is. i also have a build sheet for the FC.

its kind of amazing, ive been playing with these for almost 20years, and havent even HEARD of anything like this, until a month or so ago

i havent heard of it either.. i know in my 63 Ford Falcon, the build sheet was in the seat, tucked away and rotten.. i'm curious where this was located. i've been restoring RX-7's for 10 years and have gone through nearly 30 of them in that time frame and have yet to locate a build card....

I have that plus the original sticker from mazda when the owner bought it
they were all stored in the glovebox
the sticker shows that my rx7 got undercoating from the dealership and it costs 300 dollars
