Im looking for a new daily driver, and Ive come across this. Blue book is $1475, hes asking 2500. Milage is actually 102k.
Body is completely straight, no rust in the rear wheel wells, motor is pretty clean, Interior looks fresh off the showroom floor.

Hell blue book on a -SE with the same milage is is only $100 more, but you dont see them going for $1600.

I'm wondering what O-rings he replaced.
If the interior and body are near-perfect, and your satisfied with a stock 12A, then $2,000 sounds like a fair deal to me.

Both in stock configuration? 30hp difference. I own an '80 12A, with free-flowing exhaust. I've driven a stock GSL-SE. The -SE didn't particularly wow me, compared to my modified 12A. However, my 12A is 25 years old and isn't blowing the doors off of anything modern and sporty, so I wouldn't buy either if I was really interested in stoplight drags right after purchase. I'm sure there are members coming out of the woodwork claiming kills against 911s and Z06s, but don't expect that from stock (or most anything else, quite frankly). To put it in perspective, my 1997 5.2l Jeep Grand Cherokee could stomp my RX-7 all the way to 120mph.

Blue Book means nothing with these cars. I know alot of these guys on here will tell you that they would not pay near $2500 for that car but if you have seen the car and its as nice as you say I believe I would offer 2grand to start.
