dude, it's not your post count, it's your question and stated expectations. post count has nothing to do with it. it's your attitude. you insist that your need to be guided, spoonfed, cuddled or whatever should be accepted and reinforced. unfortunately it doesn't work that way. i think this is probably the most nurturing and supporting forum on this entire board - maybe i'm biased because i'm a diehard Gen I guy though - but my point is, no one here is being mean for no reason. (personally, i don't think anyone's being mean at all, but i don't get to make that decision). sarcasm comes with the territory.

if you feel the need to assert yourself, then either find a 13B on a 35R making 500+ ft-lbs or build one. that's the best way to shut everyone up. however, i don't see it happening, and neither do they. why? well, the answer lies in what you'll find when you search and find 13B that have met or eclipsed that torque level.

in my opinion, this all comes down to one thing: you're trying to have everyone here do the leg-work for you and because they're not having it, you're getting defensive. now, you can accept or reject my assessment. it's your right, but until you come with pointed questions and at least some evidence of your doing your "homework" i don't see you making any headway here.

i don't mean to lecture, so if that's how it came across, then my sincerest apologies, but i had the time to try to lay it out for you, so i took the opportunity. hopefully you do the right thing.

^ im sorry if it seems like i am trying to leave all the leg work to yall and i absolutely understand if yall wont have any of that, by all means I dont want that. but as I stated earlier this is not high on my priorities list right now because my FB is acting up right now, im doing lots of studying for my classes, working out, and practicing my violin. I just wanted to hear yalls opinion and see if someone else has done it with their 1st gen. I admit that I should've done more research and i will.
