it idles like a beast, kinda rough at about 1500 RPM. moderate power till about 4000, but above that, all i can say is HOLD ON! (make sure the carb is jetted to the weather, or it will run like C-R-A-P) she also takes about 15 minutes to get up to temp at 60F, but that may be due to the massive oil cooler. i also put 12 oz of oil per 10 gallons of gas into the tank. i also have 3.90 gears in the rear, to hold out the gears longer with the spray at the track. all this and i still get 10 MPG city. i like this setup...ALOT!
-i'll post pics of the engine bay next time im over my buddies house (who so kindly gave up his heated garage to my car)

let me know if you want to know any more.

anything at this point in time is better than the blue you got on that car now...I would suggest candy apple red with metal flec to give it a wicked shimmer when the sun hits it...or this really wicked green that I want to paint my car but can't tell anyone till I got it painted...its my green...

im soo excited!!!! ive been working on my car since summer, and im soo close to being ready to putting the engine in! probably within the next few weeks!! the more i hear the more i get excited! im not doing nos so im lookin at a gsl-se rear end. i beleive its 4:20 gear ratio. (that or 4:10) either way, do you know what kind of 1/4 mile times you would run without the nos? im looking for low 13s at least.

this is going to be the longest few weeks of your life! i'd say with the way my engine is built, and with those rear end gears...im pulling 13.8 w/o spray with 3.90s, i'd pull mid 13s at least. but im not the best at the tree. run a softer rear suspention to "squat" the rear end at launch...it'll help alot with tire spin.

just talked to my guy. it depends on how the rest of your engine is set up and tuned. he says more important is the ignition timing. run your leading plugs at 25 - 30 degrees and disconnect your trailing coil. thats what worked for him. what power shot are you running?

i dont know, but i think its to prevent early detonation when the juice is hit. thats what he did for the 75 shot. im just starting out with the nitrous, and he knows a whole lot more than i do.
