what to do with my gsl-se?

i have an 1985 gsl-se, the paint is shot, and the engine is tired. its metallic black with a perfect red leather interior, it has basically the whole racing beat catalog on it right now (headers, pulleys, suspesion, strut brace, etc). now here are the mitigating factors:
1. i'm picking up a check for $14,000 this week
2. the car does not pass smog because it has an 88 block and the air injecton ports dont line up, so what ever i do has to pass smog
3. t2: i just did a 20b conversion on my fc and ive got lots of leftovers, it would be easy to do a t2 swap
4. na: i also have a gsl-se block, and some 89+ na rotors, and a dissassembled miata tranny

what should i do? i'm looking for about 200rwhp and i wanna keep it smog legal, and comfy (the ac works), i cant decide
