All the vacuum crap say bye bye too. The BAC valve under the upper intake say bye bye too. The 2nd set of butterflys on the upper intake, toss it. Trash the ACV valve and make a plate for it.

Toss the front water pump housing, I used a s4 one and a new water pump. Used the old 12A water neck.

Use a 12A or -SE front cover. I recommend having the oil return put in it, the rear housing one is hard to get to. -SE oil pan, 12A pickup is fine.

The coolant in/outs to the throttle body toss em. The one on the front can be tossed but completely closes the throttle. I left mine on there cause of that, but a plate can be made with a bolt/nut combo to hold it in the same spot. The car will only need 1 vacuum lead I know of thats the one for the stock fuel pressure regulator, on the secondary fuel rail, keep that vacuum line in the same place...

The fuel lines are made into the emissions crap, I cut them off and was able to retain them and the metal pieces that hold the upper intake to the motor...

Except the 2 vacuum line sticking up on the middle upper outside intake plenium are used for the boost guage and the vacuum. The BOV preferenc e can be one of the 4 coming out of the rear upper intake plenium.. Cap everything else. Also theres a metal line on the bottom of the upper intake .. Cap it, one of the old bolts that held the flexplate on work nice for this. Also take another one of the bolts that held the flexplate and cap the OMP lines. The bolt will have to be cut down to about 1/2-3/4" I forgot how long, just look at the old ones.

Thats all I can think of right now.

Another fellow cosmo'er wanna chime in?
