i just bought an rx7 and i was wondering if some one can teel what it is the vin is sa22c-616134 it is gold has a/c, p/m, and brown int thanks for the help

 

Well it is either a 79 or 80 if it is a U.S. car which I would bet it is seeing as you are in the U.S.It is either a S,GS,Leather sport,or limited edition.I am betting it is a GS or S model though.Does it have a 4 spoke steering wheel,or a 2 spoke unit.

My bet is an S model,but the power mirrors thing is throwing me off.Are you sure it has P/M's?

 

just cheked and it no p/w thay replaced them with p/w

on the back bumper, does it have two rubber nubs below the black line in the bumper? if so, its a 1980. also, if its factory gold, its also a 1980. the color is called solar gold. i have one of 500 leather sports in solar gold from 1980. sadly though, you must have the vinyl interior and the two spoke steering wheel. possible the above mentioned 4 speed trans. if not, you may have a one option "S" model with the 5 speed.

 

note, the gold wheels only available on the Leather Sport. its a nice touch and goes well with the solar gold color.
