What is the cap called on water neck

Where your upper radiator hose goes, right next to that is a screw in cap of some sort. What is this called. I lost mine. Its above where the thermostat goes, mine was a black cap. I NEED THIS...also,the over flow tank is connected to it. Is this a Sealed type of a cap or a pressure type of cap? Any help, still got issues with cooling but I figured out I have a VW jetta type radiator.

Well, I went to the 2nd gen forum and there is a topic on first page of peoples engine bays, and yes 2 out of 3 of the cars in there had my waterneck, so I guess atleast I know its from a mazda, and can probably get it at a mazda yard. I dont know what was wrong with my measuring before, but today I measured and the water neck is 26" from ground and the radiator is 23"s, so I have my high point of cooling system located, so an air bleed is not needed. Now I just have to figure out if my jetta radiator...the cap...is a sealed cap or pressurized.
