it goes to that silencer muffler looking thing on the right. if you have it.

You can just route it straight to the atmosphere,no problem.Its just a way for the ACV to dump the smog pump's output when its not needed.The carbed engines routed it back into the aircleaner.The EFI engines cant do that since it would mess with the EFI's air metering system.
The silencer is just to keep things quiet.
