Whale Tail

I'm thinking about buying the "whale tail" turbo style rear spoiler. Mazdatrix sells it for like 320 bucks. I don't want to pay that much so if anyone knows where I can get it cheaper then please let me know. Also does anyone have pics of what it looks like? The Mazdatrix pics don't really show ****.

No it is a wrap around. Just like the Mazda 3 piece only bigger. I think if I remember correctly that the owner of Mazspeed.com had one on his old car. I'm not sure.

I offer their whale-tail through my company, rotorhead.ca

I've not added it to the site because Chris is taking some better pics for me.

Here is a pic of my whaletail when I was still working on it, but you can get the idea:

I used mirror mastic to attach to my car, because I didn't want to drill any holes. This wing ain't ever comming off and I just molded in with fiberglass and a little bondo to smooth it out.

matt

edit: I only got mine off the parts trader for 50$

I've got a whale tale on my car... I have to say it's the best looking spoiler on a 1st gen.

But, that flying whale tale looks damn nice! $175 is a good price too.

That's not what I had in mind in the above pics. This is the exact same spoiler I want (see below pic). What is it called, where can I get it, and for how much?
