Alf,

When an engine dies, it is ultimately the best excuse in the world to start making plans for the rebuild or the other engine you want to drop in your seven. I bet you can get loads of input here for that next engine ( if you aren't sure what you want to do ).

Of course, the flip side is that you are sick and tired of being sick and tired and you sell your seven for parts or to somebody else that wants a project to love.
