I have an 85 gsl, (yes same one for sale for 600) w/ original 12a, no real mods. Lately, after the car warms up a bit, i hear this clunking/rubbing/vibrating noise comming from the drivetrain area. It also coinsides with my idle being extremly rough, like it will drop to almost 200prm, but not stall. This noise occurs mostly at idle or slightly above with the clutch in or out and/or in nuetral or any other gear. My clutch also seems to be losing pressure (the hydrulics are new though). Any ideas??? I thought U-joints, but that would occur while standing still. It almost sounds as if the clutch or flywheel is lose. BUT, even with all this I still have full power, but i believe there is some slutch slippage do to the low pressure.

Check your motor/tranny mounts.
