So yesterday after work when I got off the highway, my '85 SE 13B started revving up and down quickly from idle to about 1700RPMS. Today when I tried to start the car, it would turn over, but not start. Weird smell out of the tailpipe with some light smoke. A few new oil drops in the garage too. Any ideas? Thanks

 

Sounds like a vacuum leak. time to get out the can of Carb cleaner.
