i can unplug any connection going to the carb, or all of them and there is no difference in opperation, but I still get a signal from a multimeter. the sutter valve was just changed and some power was gained back and the chugging is gone , it still runs rough almost sounds like a missfire but stays at 750/800rpm, its still very weak but getting much better after every little thing anyone ever seen this problem before? is there a main fuse or something of this nature in line before all of these components? or after?
