Weber tuning

So I'm completely new to carbs and tuning them I just need help to find out what venturi and jet sizes I'd need to buy I have a stock 12a other than the smog pump delete I also am pairing the Weber dcoe 45 a wrap around intake manifold will be much appreciated please and thank you

We need to know more about the engine this is for. We also need to know more about the carb(s).

Knowing which intake manifold is also important. Apparently the wraparound type really like larger venturies than the side-mount type. Or rather, the side-mount type flow a lot better and have stronger pulses at the carb, allowing you to run smaller venturies for better low speed drivability. This will also affect the jetting you require, no matter what venturies you have.

I've driven a 45 on a Lake Cities manifold and the drivability was so good, I didn't realize it didn't have a Nikki until I opened the hood.
