Weber and fuel pump Q&A

For those in the know, what are the best fuel pumps to use with a Weber 45mm DCOE? I hear Carter is good, but I haven't found too many places that carry them. I don't have a wad of cash to throw at a pump either, so economy will factor in.

Weber makes a fuel pump that fits nicely in the stock location. I have one and works just fine.

part # 99009-131. I don't recall what I paid for it, though.

It's an '84. I'm not sure about the condition of the current pump, i.e. pressure and flow, but all I've read states that a new pump is beneficial. It's a 12B too, so I don't know if that makes a difference or not.

A carter from www.summitracing.com is $69 or so. You'll be hard pressed to beat that.
