water pump pulley wont come off

Ok, am I on crack and nobody told me? or do you really have to pull the eccentric shaft pully in order to pull the water pump pulley :[

take out the four bolts and tap it with a rubber hammer

ok I feel stupid, theres a pulley for the AC bolted to the eccentric shaft pully :\
