I have taken off all the smog crap and am having the water in my oil filler neck. I know this has come up before and i forgot what the fix for this is. Thanks

I put a small "breather" filter on and it helps quite a bit. It's not perfect, as in you still get some condensation, but not nearly as bad as before. You could also try running a line to the air cleaner.

From what I understand of the old school method of hose routing, the nipple on the intermediate housing runs up to the charcol canister nipple on the top of the air cleaner lid. The hose on the oil filler neck runs over to a Tee and then over to the ventilation valve which functions lke a PCV valve. It is the big diagonal thing on the intake manifold. The other part of the tee goes over to the condense tank (near the gas tank on a Cosmo. I would imagine a '79 RX-7 is very similar).

When I removed my emission stuff from my 80 it done this. So on my 85, I retained the hole hose thing and the vacuum advances on the distributor and the vaccumm solenoid on my air condition, everything else I capped off. Works ok and I dont have any of that sweat up in there...
