i like the look of the site 13b4port...but i used internet explorer...and i have a complaint or two

constructive complaints of course: i had to side scroll to see the whole page...and i am set at 1280x1024. Also...the title "the rotary faq" or whatever it was...was really hard to see since it was dark blue on black. other than that...looks great my man...cant wait to get the how to's goin

IE 6 and below sux because it doesn't support css. ie 7 is on the way. if ie 7 isn't out before the site goes up then i'll make changes to the site to get it to work for ie 6. Try using firefox. to look at it bkm_rx7 and you'll see the difference.

Errr, we do have a well provisioned FAQ page at the top of the forum.

Anyhow, see my sig for my two documented mod threads.

what i want, and i think what other people are wanting as well, is a place with collective how-to's with detailed text and pictures on modifying your 1st gen in any way. the faq that rx7club has is decent...but not what we are wanting.

13b4port...i downloaded firefox and the page looks great! now all we need is the how-to's!!!

Well, let's start working on them!

I'm going to RE FILM my Rat's Nest walkthrough, because the quality is HORRIBLE, the size is TINY, and the camera I had at the time did not have sound, so I had to redub OVER the crappy video. I now have a full fledged video camera, so you can catch all my lovely cursing on this extra motor I have with nest intact.

On that note, would you guys rather I did this in a car? Or outside? I know you can see everything more clearly outside the car, but if it's in there, that's how most of us will do it anyway.

Peace!

BTW, McNannay, when you gonna put Goldie in your Avatar?

I'm still not sure why we would want to base these writeups at another location....What's wrong with this forum? Why scatter useful information rather than keeping it all in one place? What am I missing?

lol, educate me please!

Well, this would be all FAQs, all in one place.
One simple link away.

Instead of having to dig, search, dig through the search results, for the answer we're looking for.

I can build a title I guess. I'm what they call a 'photochopper.'

Just give me an image size to work with.

Let's get this back going.

For now, the website www.rotary7.com has a few writeups. It's only going to be as strong as the people who support it, though, so submit some stuff!

Hey how about putting in what other gen. parts will interchange or fit on the first gen. cars and what other materals are needed to make the swap work.
I see a lot of people asking the question (hey will this work on my car or will this fit?).

There's already two sites set up for this, so that's probably the only thing we don't need, Mechy
