Vvacuum line? or what?
ok here it goes? what is that little pipe thing that sticks off of where you put your oil in for? is it for a vacuum line? or what?..please help me

it's part of the Crankcase ventilation system. It should be attached to the "rat's nest" but if you've removed that, it should have a breather filter on it, or be attached to your air cleaner box.
