Victoria British RX7 Parts Catalog.
I just received a victoria british catalog, looks like everything I could need for my 7 is located within the catalog, with some exceptions of course.
Still, I'm reluctant to mail order car parts that I'm unable to look at, hold, possibly even test, before purchasing.
Has anyone ordered parts from victoria british?
If so, how was the quality of the hardware?
Were you satisfied with the quality of what you had ordered.
Thanks for any info, suggestions, descritpions, steel cage strippers, etc.

I've ordered a couple of odd trim parts that were not available through Mazda (discontinued, could not even backorder), such as the sunroof trim seal, and some windshield molding inserts. When the parts arrived I was surprised they were actually factory Mazda parts, although VB sells lots of aftermarket items also.
Their service is good, but no website ordering. Also, they aren't the least expensive source for many items, so it pays to shop around. For example, tokico illumina front struts VB charges 139.95 each, while Shox.com sells two for $230.00.
good luck

I just got that catalog today. I wonder where they find their cover cars.
I've never ordered anything from them, not yet. But they do have alot of hard to find stuff that I can see myself needing

I've ordered exhaust system parts in the past from them for my MG and other things as well. I've found them to be correct, bolt right up, gaskets etc. were all there....Good company to deal with, only as previously stated, can be a wee bit pricey.....But good folks. Of course, the sports car crowd around here can't resist calling them "Victoria's British Secret."

I also second the common opinion on here. VB is all and all a good source for parts. I've been in their shop dozens of times, both for my 7, and back when my dad had a Tr6. I would be interested to know what supplier they order stuff from, because they are strictly a reseller... As such, it would be strange to think that they are the only source for some parts.
Not long at all Denny. I ordered it when VaughnC posted the link in the lounge; about 2 weeks ago I guess?
Oh, if you look at the inside cover, it explains where the car came from. Its owned by someone in Nebraska. I wonder if he is on the forum?

IF you look on their covers, the cars are all digitally doctored versions of the same. They'll cange the color of the car and place it at an airport of something different for each catalog.

The last VB I have is from 1996, do you think they will honor the prices I have? I figure that thier '96 prices would put them about equal with everyone else.

I have recently ordered a brake master cylinder and a couple shift lever boots from them. They are cheaper than Mazda, but not cheap. Quality is good. Watch out for the shipping charges. It cost me almost 12 bucks to have the 2 rubber shift lever boots sent by USPS from the KC area to SW missouri. For less than a pound in a 4 to 6 day time frame thats high IMO.

They have sponsored our race cars for years and are great to work with. I have always disagreed with their shipping as they charge the shipping depending on the cost of the item and not the weight of the box.

i wasted alot of time looking around for the best prices on stuff (mainly suspension and steering). i ended up buying everything from VB and mazdatrix. i found cheaper prices on some stuff elsewhere, but by the time i added up shipping from 1/2 dozen places i wouldn't have saved anything.
i recieved good service from VB. one part i ordered was out of stock. i ended up recieving it before anything else because they shipped it express. my dad has ordered a bunch of stuff from LMC (VB's truck division) and hasn't had any problems.

I just re-ordered the catalog.
Maybe it'll actually show up this time?

I think they come out quarterly or biannually...
