Not this clown again...

Granted he's got some nice parts on the car; in the right hands and with the right changes the car could possibly be nice one day...

Did you guys notice how he calls his car "race ready" numerous times... and then he mentions he's got ST springs and Tokico blues lol. Not exactly a "race" setup, what a joke.

His quoted prices on that page are ridiculous too, $945 for an RB header and muffler?! I don't think so.

Then to seal the deal, he's got a special "High flow Carter aircraft fuel pump (used by racing teams)", but he runs a ****** purolator regulator! LOL

Okay since everybody feels like bashing this guy for being a damn morron, well I won't stop you I'll just stick up for the car. For $3000 if all of the mechanical claims are ture (new motor, good tranny, strait body, ect, ect) this a very good starting point for any seven project, that the majority of us on this forum would jump at, if it were local. Now that I feel that the car has one advocate for its release to the masses of Rx-7 enthusiasts,

BASH ON!!!!!!!!!!!

He said it was 170hp, also not likely though. I talked to the guy about his carbs, whoever tuned them did a shitty job.

I agree it looks like a typical photoshop image of a potential concept car, the shadows do not compute with a probibility of over 90%. Check the shadow under the mirrors to get a light source reference.

Man, I just read that "link" lol. Very funny.

To anyone who's wondering where we got 200HP from, check the link I posted earlier. You'll also see he claims over 180ft pounds of torque outa that race ready machine.

I cant see how anyone can find this a good deal!?! Buying a car from a guy who lies about getting 200hp on a dyno and quotes prices for all his "racing" mods on his site? Who knows what else this guy is pulling out of his ***...

oh i LOVE this crap

i emailed him and played? stupid. I asked him a few questions and stuff heres what he replyed you find the errors.

"I got the HP from the shops estimated. They actually estimated it from a previous buildup of the same engine and setup as mine from their shop. They estimated 185hp but said 165-170 was more realistic in the real worl situation, it's noticable. Believe me. The body has 229,000 with everything replaced suspension wise and any OEM part that needed replacing has been replaced. I also have a new clutch master cylinder. An extra slave (wrongful problem cause, turned out to be the master) is included as well as an extra A/C compressor to replace the original (clutch locked on old compressor). Over all the car is great, especially for a 1984.....I have dumped so much money into this car to make it what i wanted it to be, a semi-sleeper but good street handler and good overall car in general. The car runs great, I meant non oil burner by the fact that it does not blow smoke due to bad apex seals like alot of 7s that are abused do. Mine was never abused, only 91-93 octane was ever used for the 6 years I've owned it, oil every 2,000-2,500 miles changed with filter also. all wheel bearings replaced, new front brakes and lightly used rear pads. Overall your looking at over $8,500 into the car when bought and the additions installed, and I'm only asking $3,000. NEVER RACED, NEVER ABUSED"

i didnt know bad apex seal burnt oil... rings (piston) yes, oil control rings yes but apex seal...... and im SORRY 165 from a stock motor HELL NO. i was shocked that i got 165 from my streetport with the dellorto setup. ill dyno after i tune my dcd setup and post them....1 day
