Velcro-ed door panels?

My door panels have been rattling like crazy evern since I changed the window regulators. I've checked to make sure all the clips and screws are secure, which they are, to the extent they can be, but I'm worried that some of the metal clips might be bent to the point of non-serviceability. So my question is, has anybody ever replaced the clips and screws with a few strips of velcro? Any thoughts?

Yeah, sounds like a really bad idea. I'd say put some light foam along the lengths of the door beams and stuff - might keep the rattling down without resorting to velcro.
