My car is painted

Guys car got painted today!!!! finally!!! LOL

here are the pics!!

Loui the painter hard at work masking,



Matt the panel beater and loui prepsoling the car!

A777 better take a good look at this one, thats all he is going to see at Jamboree!! LOL

Thats looks like the colro I wanted to do mine..the MazdaSpeed 6 orange,

I was thinking that or just straight Chevy orange,Looks nice..show some after pics..

The colour is not a mazda colour, its a cross between a GM and a volvo colour,

I have started bolting it back together already, ill get some more pics tonight!!

thanks for the encouragment, with out it guys it will still be in the shed unpainted!!

I love that color! if my fb was worth a new paintjob, i would be torn between that and a lovely metallic navy.

IMHO, metallic orange just looks great with all the black trim our cars have.

Get the **** done so we can see the finish product,

Its nice how most of the **** was taken off to be painted correctly,So how hard did it hit yoru pocket and how much paint did you think it took?

Did you do the engine bay?

Im thinking I should get a gallon of paint so I can have some left over for touch ups..

I like that color even more than when I saw it your first post! I see you also painted the window surrounds. I'm thinking of painting those as well when I paint mine. Can't wait to see it reassembled. Get a move on!

hwy guys, ive started the wiring last night, what a job, heaps of wires to terminate!! should have it done on the weekend,

picking up the door rubbers on the weekend,

it is happening,

i want it to be at the exhaust shop and trimmers in 4 weeks,

Badass color, man. It reminds me a little of Audi's India Red, which is possibly the awesomest non-standard car color ever.

not sure on wheels yet, probably some aussie made wheels, like ROH or something like that!!

no pin striping at all, body is going to basically stay as you see it there.
