Vacuum hoses for cruise

I took out my cruise control and left the two switches under the hood with a 4 prong connector still attached but the vacuum line is left open, can i take out these switches all together? for the vacuum hose what do you suggest? plug it off or remove it entirely? edit: It's an SE

The vacuum line disconnected from the intake or from the cruise can? Either way, plug it...
