Hi guys, im in need of some help and quickly. I went to get my 7 registered today after having a 12a imported from Japan dropped in and low and behold we couldnt find the damn engine number. If anyone could shead some light on this issue it would be appreciated as im without wheels at the moment and i live 1 1/2 hours from the car (I work night shift and the travell is killing me!)

because there is no "block" as such is there an engine serial number ?

 

its on the front steel, on top kinda under the alternator. some engines dont have numbers, especially if that housing has been replaced

 

at least mine has its number on the front iron
