UPS came by today with a big summit box... always a good thing!

got my fuel pressure guage hooked up. 2 5/8 100psi Autometer sport-comp with real carbon-fiber cup, and a stainless 4an pressure line. still need to run the wires.

Also got the TPS sensor hooked up, still need to section the harness.

Here is the airfilter, Im waiting on the silicone coupler and I have to find a piece of 4 in pipe. Its a Summit brand Cotton/oil type

I should get anouther shippment from apt turbo around friday with my tial 50mm BOV, V-band setup for the turbo, the 3 bar map sensor ( I get to start it, finally) and the coupler for the filter.

and the wastegate is awaiting paypal confirmation

All i can is say is daaaaaaamn i hope mine looks half that good when i'm done with it.

Where did you get all of that braided stainless steel hose? i've been looking at some to run from the tank forward on my fuel system and haven't been able to find any as sexy as that.

/me ponders setting the engine bay picture as a desktop.

Its a volvo intercooler and its pretty big but its onlu a dual core, about 1in thick. the radiator is 4 core and about 2 in thick.

the intercooler was $23 shipped from ebay. it was a recore or something but it was really clean.

plus it fits in there with absolutely no mounting hardware. it kind of pops into place, then the radiator holds it down further. it was creepy how well it went together.

okay, finished off the center console. all thats left is to add the speedo (when I get it) and a CD deck.

I need to pull the main cluster again to rewire the lights, and then put the dash back together, but it looks pretty cool so far.

the speedo is the farthest away because it is the most unimportant guage.

I set them up so that the really important stuff, the engine pressures and temperatures are right in front of me, and the volts, fuel, and speed are off to the right.

how thick is the sheetmetal for the center console? I'm in the process of doing the same with aluminum.
